Absolutely wonderful level of service! I contacted Famous Names from my hospital bed after discovering I would not be discharged until a suitable bed was in place at home. They promptly and patiently answered all my requests for measurements/ levels of firmness and then delivered on a Sunday morning allowing my husband to come an collect me Sunday afternoon. I then had the best nights sleep I’d had in weeks on a superb quality John Lewis mattress. A very big thank you to all involved!
